DALLAS “Hidden 20” Prospects Showcase

Dallas, TX – The 2nd Annual DALLAS “Hidden 20 Prospects Showcase” was held on Sunday October 8, 2017 at the Duncanville Fieldhouse just outside Dallas, Texas.

50 prospects in grades 7th thru 12th participated from around the great state of Texas. This event was directed by National Scout Chad Groth of Area Codes Basketball Scouting Service.

Zac Kircher, grad assistant at Midwestern State University and Dylan Gilless, assistant coach at South Mountain College (AZ).  The players participated in a hour of skills and fundamental stations before participating in competitive games.  Area Codes Basketball Dallas based scout Fernandez Shaw also helped evaluate prospects during the day.

Merrick Parkhill (Lindsay) Lindsay 2019 5’11 – good court vision, one to watch.

Monta Davis (Mansfield) Mansfield Legacy 2019 6’7 – long in length, blocked shots, solid DI prospect.

Joequaris Valrie (Houston) Yates 2019 6’6 – scraps on both ends of the floor, made plays, possible DI prospect.

Jayden Datcher (Colony) Lewisville Hebron HS 2019 6’4 – knocked down the mid-range jumper, college prospect.
